Because each item is carefully prepared, handmade, or created to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review all product descriptions, sizes, colors, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order information and photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Shipping & Processing

Each item is prepared with care and may require 3–4 weeks for creation and processing before it is ready to ship.

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via UPS. Most UPS deliveries arrive within approximately 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

Please keep in mind that the 2–3 day shipping timeframe begins after your item has been completed and transferred to UPS.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
